Здравствуйте, я хочу отменить подписку , но не могу из за за должности, но продлевать я не собираюсь, мне она не нужна. Я ей не пользуюсь. Как решить данную проблему?! И оплатить я не могу, так как карта перевыпускается.

I do not exactly understand, why you can't self-cancel. You may be in a region where you need to contact the provider.
