A while back I chose the free 10 images option trial which I cancelled and nothing is currently showing in my subscriptions but for the last 8 months £23.99 has been going put of my account. I would like a full refund for each month this has been happening please as if it was, showing in my subscriptions I would of canceled it but its hidden which is sneaky it has been happening for the last 8 months and total £191.92. I would like this actioned ASAP.
Please contact Adobe customer care about this. When you took the subscription, you got an e-mail confirming the terms. As you have cancelled, you also have got an e-mail confirming that cancel. You should have both mails nearby for contacting Adobe customer care. It will help you in your argumentation.

Hi Justin, I'm in the same situation. Did you get anywhere with your refund? And if so, how did you go about it? I would be greatful for the help 🙂
