Hello, unfortunately I licensed a 3D model in error - the model in question is https://stock.adobe.com/3d-assets/circus-tent/273950028
The license cost me 60 credits as it's a Premium model, which I hadn't noticed at the time. For context, I usually only license standard license models which cost far less.
Can you please refund the credits used. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

You will need to contact Adobe customer care for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Thanks for the guidance. Question please: is the chat using AI? Because, I did try that before posting here and the AI didn't understand anything I was saying - it just kept looping pre-defined subjects, none of which were relevant to my query - it's almost as if it doesn't understand the word "refund" 😄

Ok, as expected, it is an AI assistant. Useless, sorry to say. It doesn't have any idea of what I'm asking, even a few keywords it has no clue. Please can you advise how to proceed, I don't want to talk to software, but a human. Thank you.

Type agent to get an agent. The chatbot is just reacting to keywords.
