3D model issue

I just licensed this adobe stock 3D model for Dimension. It has an issue and won't render properly. If you apply any graphic to it that graphic appears backwards. If you render it the whole thing only comes out black. I've read that this problem is because it the file was made "inside out." https://stock.adobe.com/3d-assets/closed-dust-jacket-book-1/324077301

Is it possible to have this fixed? If not, can I be credited for the license?

I'm having the same issue when opening the Adobe Stock 3d models in Blender. The normals seem to be the wrong direction and recalculating and reversing doesn't seem to fix the issue of the inaccurate normals direction, making all surfaces seem to read wrong. This is true with a very simple object like a knob.
