Hallo, ich möchte nun bereits seit gestern 5 Credits bei Adobe Stock kaufen.

Leider wird mein Vorhaben immer wieder durch eine Fehlermeldung verhindert.

"Fehler ...  Ihre Transaktion kann im Moment nicht verarbeitet werden. ..."

Training und Support hilft mir nicht. Gibt es eine Hotline?

    Hi F.P.,

    One of our authentication systems was having issues yesterday and has since been resolved. Can you please go to https://accounts.adobe.com and confirm that the payment method for any Adobe Stock products is up to date? There may be messaging that it is expired. Click the link to update the payment method, confirm that all is correct and save the information, even if you change nothing. Then give our systems some time to update. It may take an hour or so.

    Let us know if your issue is not resolved.

    Hi Firma,

    I'm sorry for the issues you've been experiencing with the credit pack purchases.

    Could you please re-enter the payment details associated? Steps here: Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account

    Or you may also use the link Secure payment portal

    When you've re-entered the details, wait a few minutes then try to make a purchase. I am hoping that by re-entering the details, the payment will be triggered on the correct credit card.

    Please let us know if you still face the same trouble.

    I don´t own a credit card.

    So I chose "Paypal".
