Yes, it is possible to purchase a plan which allows you to license not only standard assets, but premium assets also, such as videos, premium, extended images.
For example, with 750 plan you can get 750 standard assets or 20 hd videos, 1 large premium asset or 2 small premium assets a month. Based on the plan we calculate available quota. Any 25+ plans include the option of licencing not only standard asset. You can search for available plans here: https://stock.adobe.com/plans
