Above automatically downloaded an image that I didn't even click on and charged me for it

The Stock Adobe website moves slow and is glichey when you're viewing images that you have saved to your librarby. The website made an error and had me download image #401443031 made I didn't even click on this image. I would like to get a refund for this image. How can I go about that?
