Hi @Tim32646589fmij  - I do see that you have 4 pack credits left in your account. Looks like there is a ',' at the end of the link you posted which is causing the link to fail . Can you please try using https://stock.adobe.com/uk to sign in and see if that works for you.  Also please try clearing your browser cache before you try to login to stock site. Please let us know if you are still facing issue.

hi @Tim32646589fmij - you should be able to use to to buy any standard assets(standard license) like images, audio etc . Unfortunately 4 credit packs is not enough to license a video file. so this can be used to license just any standard assets for 1 credit each. Hope this helps.

Thank you I can now log in but it seems that chrome was the problem, I've used Edge & I can get in now. I have 4 prepaid Adobe Stock credits - what does that equate to and what will it buy me - 4 images or 4 videos? Does that depend on the image, where is the number of credits that it costs shown, please.

Normally, clearing the cache and cookies, may be in your case, clearing also the browsing history will solve the issue.

Standard assets are always one credit (pack credit or in case of a subscription plan credit). The number of credits needed for other assets, that cost more than one credit are are different, depending on your subscription you have. You should keep this in mind: not all credits are equal. You can guess the number of credits used, when checking the plan descriptions.
