Accidental download on Adobe Stock

Hello. I accidentally downloaded an image from Adobe Stock that costs 415 plan credits. Literally every other time I've downloaded an asset, it was 1 credit. The button was in the same location, and so I downloaded (from muscle memory).

I can't find a clear cut way to just undo this. Can anyone shed some light? Thank you in advance!

You can't undo a licence. You got asked for a confirmation, however, as the asset did cost more as one credit. You should exclude premium assets from your search if you do not want those.

Hello ITD26642073oqof,

Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, for assistance with your issue. If you click on the chat icon in the lower right corner you'll see an options link for contacting our custome care team.

Hope this helps !!

Thanks. All correspondence for my org apparently must go through my administrator (I was blocked from chat). I'll try and see who that is and if they can handle the issue. That said, I have seen some posts in the past where someone here on the thread just replied to the user saying they'd refund the credits and for the user to delete the downloaded asset. Any way, someone can just do that? Thanks in advance for your response.

As you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription, support for you is done internally in the company by a plan administrator. If they need support, they can contact Adobe customer care via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support). There are good reasons for this, as for most operations that need to be done, you need specific privileges as admin rights on your computer. You can have multiple admins for the plan (even you may be one, you'll see that, if you can access the link above), I would start with your internal helpdesk.

Vani (or any other Adobe employee) can't help you with Premium assets via these fora. That's why you got referred to Adobe customer support.
