Accidental Licensing of Stock Images

I changed positions within my organization and while I use the Creative Cloud Suite I am no longer part of the group that administers licenses or purchases images through Stock. I received an email today from Adobe concerning some free images and templates for use with Social Media. As I was browsing and adding what I believed were free images to my library I was actually linked somehow to the organizations Stock account and I was licensing images from their account. Some were indeed free images but many were not. Is there anything that can be done concerning the organizations asset licenses that I inadvertantly used?

Hi @Tony2394289569o0,

When you are signed into the Adobe Stock site click on the menu under your avatar. You will see a link to change the profile you are viewing. When you click change to you see an option to select Personal?

Thank you for the profile information. I have already made the change and that will help me prevent this issue from ever occurring again. Is there anything that can be done concerning the asset licenses I inadvertantly used that belong to the organization? Even if I can only get some of them back it would be a big help. I have contacted our account administrator to make them aware of my mistake. Thank you.

Just following up to see if anything can be done regarding the images that did consume a paid license. As I indicated previously, the orgranizations quota was definitely reduced and I am accountable.

Hello Tony2394289569o0,

Can you share the asset ID numbers you have accidently licensed
