Accidental purchase of Adobe Stock

I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy stock images on demand. When I noticed the charges months later, I immediately cancelled it and requested a refund, because I never used the service. I was told if only I wouldn't have hit the cancel button a refund could have been issued, but now there is no way to see the history of charges. This seems implausible and is incredibly frustrating. I've now paid $316 for something I didn't use. Help?

I find it always interesting that people do not follow close their
expenses. With two months of subscription fees you are full into a one
year subscription and cannot claim anymore not being aware of this. When
cancelling and according to the conditions you agreed on when you took
your subscription, you have to pay half of the remaining fees. Please
contact Adobe customer service and try to negotiate a refund:

Hi Julia,

I apologize for the troubles that you have been facing.

I have checked your account details and see that you haven't used your licenses.

I can go ahead and get a refund for 2 months created for you.

Let me know if that helps!

Regards,

Sheena

Thank you, Sheena. That is helpful. Is there any way to get a refund for the entire amount?

Hi Kimberly,

I have checked your account details and noticed that you have the following subscriptions:

  • Adobe Stock 10 images per month (one-year) plan
  • Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year)

The Adobe Stock plan was purchased on 17th November 2017, for which the first month was free (due to trial) and you have been charged for the second month(i.e for the month of December)

Please let us know if you have any concern with this so that we can assist you better.

Yes, I was unaware of the purchase at the time. Since it was free or else i would not have purchased it. I have never used Adobe stock images and do not intend to. Can i get a refund for it! I have spoken with three representatives and they have told me it would be refunded and i am still waiting..

Hello! I have tried the free month trial and downloaded 3 photos as far as I can remember. At the end of the free 1 month trial, I recall canceling the subscription so I wouldn't pay it because I knew I wouldn't use it anymore. Today I checked my bank account and for the last 3 months I have been  automatically charged a 39 USD/mo. as if I purchased a 1 year subscription with monthly payment. I ended my subscription today and guess what - I had to pay a 2 months-worth  as cancellation fee. I just lost almost 200 USD and I am just a medical student in Romania trying to make a living. This is very important for me, please help me get a refund. Thank you in advance!
