Hello,
I have accidentally licensed the incorrect image while browsing and have now lost one of only two remaining credits. Can someone help please?
The image that I have accidentally licensed is 607778279. I can't see a way of contacting Adobe directly since all options, including the contact option, leads back to the forum or standard help files.

Hello, one of the Adobe team has helped me using the Adobe chat facility, so this has been resolved now. Thank you.
The chat facility was not working when I tried it earlier, so I am guessing that it was a security setting on my web browser that prevented it.

If you want to contact Adobe customer care on this, follow the instructions below.
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

That's normally the case. A browser refusing some of the necessary elements to open a working chat. Tha's the reason, why I suggest using a different browser (the main browser is normally more closed with ad blockers and other helpers), or a different device (a tablet works great with chat).
