Accidentally purchased images. Can I get credit back?

I have accidentally purchased 5 images. They are file numbers: 136714076, 109188475, 169436570, 96650518, 134559331.

Can I please get credit back on my account?

Hello, I downloaded license FILE #: 41374323 and it is NOT an EPS, it's a JPEG, so I cannot use it. Can I get that credit back?
