very frustrated. I just noticed in my credit card has been charged 21 bucks since march this year and when I tried to cancel this adoobe hit me with a $30 charge for cancellation. how ridiculous.

What subscription do you have? $21 could be the 1Tb Photography plan. Did you take a trial and did not cancel after the 7 day trial ended? If you got charged since March, that makes a lot of time to check your accounts. I would recommend to adopt a more dynamic account checking.
The $30 ($31.50?) is the early termination fee, which is half of the remaining dues. That would mean, at your rate, that you have a subscription that is still good for 3 months.

If you think this is by error, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
