Adobe Stock 93973185 is not working

I have downloaded and tried opening on two different computers and both crash when trying to open this stock image file.

What can I do?

Our product team has checked the above file(93973185) and there seems to be an issue with the file.

I also checked your account and noticed that the file has been licensed under the team's account. I would request you to reach out to your admin(of the team) so that he can contact our support team directly from the team's portal to get 1 image license added.

Bryan,

Since the above-mentioned file(93973185) comes under a standard license, the admin of the team can contact the support team directly from the portal in order to get one free asset/image added to the account.
