Adobe Stock Bibliothek leer

Hallo Community,

ich habe über die letzten Monate diverse Bilder für "später" mit dem Herzchen für die Bibliothek favorisiert. Da ich die letzten Tage nun vermehrt zu einem Thema recherchiert und favorisiert habe, wollte ich mir alle zusammen nun einmal anschauen.

Leider ist die Bibliothek "leer". 0 von 0 Dateien wird mir angezeigt.

Wie kann das sein? Bin ich auf einen falschen Button gekommen (Meine Bibliotheken)? Ich/wir nutzen einen Unternehmensaccount - kann es daran liegen und dass ich dann erst das Konto wechseln muss, um die Ergebnisse zu sehen.
Ich bin verwirrt, hoffe aber noch, dass die Recherche nicht umsonst war.

My guess would be that you are using a different account when signed into the Adobe Stock website. To see the content of your libraries you would need to sign into the Adobe Stock site or https://assets.adobe.com/libraries with the account that you used to set up the libraries.

@WendellaBeei write you a personal message. today i have the same problem. last week i was out of office.
i see some changes at https://stock.adobe.com/de and my libraries are hidden in personal and company profil.

I just checked my personal account. It is empty as well, which means that the favorite wasn't rerouted to it.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Yes, I agree that the way the profile menu works on the Adobe Stock site is confusing if you are assigned to more than one team. If you could provide steps to the issue you are having I can forward this to our product team to review. Steps would give us a better understanding.

Also, I see that you are in Germany. You can write your posts in German if you prefer. The translation tool in the forum works well.

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe bereits wiederholt BIlder auf dem Weg favorisiert und in der Bibliothek gespeichert (sicher über die letzten Monate hinweg 20 oder 30 Stück).

Als ich aber die Bibliothek aufgerufen habe, war diese leer:

Und das unabhängig davon, ob ich im privaten Profil oder im Firmenprofil bin - beide Bibliotheken in beiden Profilen sind und bleiben leer.
Habe es auch gerade nochmal getestet: Selbst wenn ich ein Bild favorisiere und DIREKT in die Bibliothek wechsle, wird es dort nicht angezeigt.
