Dear Adobe Team,

I am reaching out regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account, which was recently deactivated. I am unsure about the exact reason for this action. I submitted an appeal form three days ago (Case Number: 00332005) but have not received any update or response yet.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and would appreciate any guidance on what steps I should take to restore my account. If there are any specific policies or violations I may have unintentionally breached, I am open to reviewing and addressing them.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. Your only option is to click the Contact us link on your dashboard and to wait for Adobe to respond. It could take days, weeks, or longer, depending on the number of investigations head of yours.
