Hallo,

Ich habe nun den Transfer von Fotolia zu Adobe Stock vollzogen. Nun hat mir Adobe Stock die Credits auf mein Persönliches Konto übertragen. Diese müssen jedoch auf das Firmen (Gruppen) -konto geschrieben werden.

Da es unmöglich ist, das Support-Team weder per Mail noch per  Chat oder Telefon zu erreichen, eröffne ich hier eine Diskussion. Vielleicht kann mir jemand Tipps geben ?

Dann hast Du den transfer von Fotolia zu Adobe stock über Dein persönliches Konto und nicht über das Firmenkonto getätigt?

Adobe kann über Contact Customer Care erreicht werden. Hast Du das schon versucht?

Ich konnte gar nicht anders.... Ich wurde per e-Mail von Adobe mit Bestätigungsknopf eingeladen, das Konto zu transferieren.

Der Rest lief automatisiert....

Leider habe ich das gleiche Problem. Und die Links auf "Contact Customer Care" helfen nicht, da man dort zwar viele Themen und Antworten findet, aber niemanden über Chat oder Telefon erreichen kann, so wie eigentlich angegeben. (oder es ist so versteckt, dass ich es nach über einer halben Stunde nicht gefunden habe). Das Thema findet man dort auch nicht, außer den Link auf diesen Thread. Wer kann weiterhelfen, wie ich meine verbliebenen Credits auf ein anderes Konto übertragen kann?
