Adobe Stock Credits Gone

Hello, I recently went into my account and noticed all of my 100 something image credits are GONE. I termed the subscription because I wasn't using all of these credits and was under the impression I could use my credits and re-subscribe when I would be able to utilize again. I spoke with a rep and it was my understanding it was ok. Does anybody know how I can get my credits back? I can't even get somebody on the phone let alone a chat from Adobe. Thank you.

Hi Andrea,

Sorry to hear that.

You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

Please see Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock for more details.

Regards,

Sheena

Hi there,

If your Stock membership plan has ended, then any credits would be ended as well.

"If you wish to continue your Annual plan subscription, then any unused images will roll over between months (up to 120 total) for as long as your Stock membership remains active."

How Does The Adobe Stock Subscription Work?

Sorry about that! If you reinstated, not sure if Adobe would be able to recredit them, but you could ask and see what they say.

Here's how to contact customer service, which normally works fine:
