Recently my team change CC plan. When I log in with the new profile in Adobe Stock, just got the 10 free images test drive, not the limitless images plan we purchased. I´ve loggin in an out, went to help robot but nothing works. Even my teammates got no problem. What else can I do?
I´m in Mexico and I can´t speak with a human. Thoughts?

Sure, Spanish-speaking support is available, but probably only during limited time slices. Best is to contact customer service via the admin console.
As for your problem:
Please check that the correct plans are attributed to your Adobe ID.
Please explain this as I think it is a typing mistake or a translation error:
Even my teammates got no problem.
