Adobe Stock Double Licensed Image

I have a few cases where the Adobe Library has licenses the same image two or three times, when I only licensed the image once; I would like to reclaim the extra image credit.

    Unfortunately some of the thumbnails are not being shown; don't know why. Here you'll see two identical licensed image.  Images which are licensed are being displayed in the library as not licensed ?

    Seems like you might have downloaded the image twice and has been synced twice.

    We have checked our records and the image numbers mentioned above have only been licensed once and no extra licenses have been used.

    From the looks of it, those are the only images which got licensed more then once in my account.
