Adobe Stock error when accessing Libraries

Getting the error " We couldn’t load your libraries. Try again by viewing all libraries." when trying to access stock libraries on the website.  It's not a sync issue, all my libraries are up accessible on the desktop apps, but I cannot access the libraries or add photos from the website.

Chrome on a PC tried a couple of other browsers and got the same error message.

    Hi @Rich5C1F,

Could you please try the workaround posted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html and let me know if it resolves this issue or not?

    Hi WendellaBee

I've got the same issue and have spent last 2.5hrs trying to figure out an Adobe bug and it still wont work. Just manually downloaded the installer to re-install CC and the installer is currupt!!  I know this is not your fault and sorry for the bluntness, but it is absolutely enranging that Adobe now has customers fixing an Adobe bug? I've currently lost $450 in time/earnings - where do I send my invoice at Adobe? Further to this I'm trying to buy stock video and the adobe stock site also wont access my collections/library's.... how do I keep track of what I've paid licences for? Is this another scam from Adobe to confuse users to double up and spend credits?
