How does the Free section on Adobe Stock work?  Are these really photo assets that are available to use without a subscription?  I clicked on a couple to see what happens and they became licensed.

Is there a limit or a periodic quota to how many Free images can be downloaded?

Do they keep changing?  Here today, gone tomorrow?  Any particular schedule, like monthly?

Thanks

There is no limit on how many free assets you may download. And yes, they change, but licensed, they will be available for you to use (and download except if for some reason it is decided to retrieve the image). Free assets are selected from the pool of available assets once per year. The contributors can decide which images may get selected, Adobe chooses from those assets a number of images and idemnifies the contributors for this. A specific selected image is in the free pool for a year.

There is no limit in this area?  Other than the licensing terms.

Free assets like pictures and illustrations come with a standard licence, and video, templates and 3D models come with an enhanced licence. The licensing terms determine what you can do with the assets, but you can use them also commercially accordingly to the licensing terms. There is no difference to equivalent for pay assets.
