Adobe Stock image license refund request

Hello Adobe,

 

Today I purchased a license for 227500820 and upon downloading, noticed that there is motion blur to the image. It's not severe, but the quality isn't good enough for me to use it. I'd like to request a refund of this one license. Please advise.
