Adobe Stock image refund

I recently licensed #571689884 and would like a refund. 

Edit: I clicked on "download" on accident while inspecting my search results. I didn't end up wanting to use it because it is Generative Ai/low and a low-quality asset (the "writing" on the post-it notes are gibberish).

The notes are glibberish, so that they can be accepted. BTW, all AI notes are glibberish. If that is the only point you have, I will call @Vani_100 , she may be able to help you. You would have better cards if the asset is really low quality.
