Adobe Stock License Terms Clarification - Distribution

Hi,

In the license T&Cs for Adobe Stock (Standard, Enhanced and Extended) it states that you cannot "Distribute the stand alone file". Does this include distribution within an organisation? Or only distribution to external parties?

Can I distribute the file internally for presentations given externally. And of course, not share the standalone file externally except as part of a powerpoint converted to PDF.

Cheers,

Ellie

The receiving partner inside your organization needs to know the licensing terms, respectively should know that the asset is not open for use without restrictions. You can also pass on the asset to a contractor, preparing the presentation for you, but here also: contractors should be aware of the restrictions.

Stock would be pretty useless, if you would not be allowed to use stock assets as described above.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Stock forum so that proper help can be offered.
