Adobe Stock lost my credits after plan switch

Hi,
I had this subscription: Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month and I switched to Adobe Creative Cloud.

I haven't used all the assets and I would like to be able to used them (remaining more than 100). Otherwise can you refund them to me?

You will lose unused Stock subscription quota when you cancel your subscription. If you want to restart your subscription and it has been less than thirty days you may contact customer care for assistance.
