Adobe Stock on Demand does not work.

I get the Info:

Ihr Abo ist abgelaufen. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Rechnungsangaben, um es wieder zu aktivieren.

Than i renew my Accout / Payment information,

i get the feedback:

Vielen Dank. Ihre Zahlungsinformationen wurden aktualisiert.

But it still does not work:

Ihr Abo ist abgelaufen. Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Zahlungsinformationen, um es wieder zu aktivieren.

What can I do?

    Hi Manfred,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

I would suggest you to sign out from Adobe Stock, sign back in, and try to purchase the asset again. Also, try using a different browser and let us know if this solves your issue.

    Regards,

    Twarita

    Hi Twarita,

thanks for your help, but it does not help.

May be, the problem appears because i changed from a team to a single user licence.

The team licence finished at August 3. and extends to September 3.

May be, the single user licence ist not activated yet and Adobe Stock does not work therefor?

How to activate the licence – or is there no influence on Adobe Stock?

    Regards,

    Manfred
