I downloaded a couple of vector illustration, and it downloaded as thumbnails. Not sure why this happened but my credits are now used on something I can't use.

Hi Michelle,

We got the files checked from the concerned team and there seems to be no issue with the file however, we agree that the file is small size but they can be resized easily in Illustrator.

If you're not able to do so let me know, we can email you the resized file.

Regards,

Sheena

Hi Michelle,

That's strange. Can you help me with the file IDs of the vector illustrations that you're mentioning so that we can test them and assist you better?

Regards,

Sheena

What program are you using to edit the files? Both of your files are Adobe Illustrator files and are best edited with Illustrator!
