if i join a plan to get adobe stock, does the adobe watermark go away from the stock i decide i want to use when creating and publishing? thanks for any help on this.
Yes, of course. You are free to use it, unwatermarked, as described in the License Terms without attribution to either Adobe or the original creator.
If the file is licensed you will be able to download the file without the watermark, if you find otherwise then I'd like to know about it so I can ask the team to investigate.

i went to that list and originally posted my question under "stock". i do not know why it posted somewhere you say it wasn't suppose to post. why don't you help me about my qustion instead of just taking the time to reply with a correction instead of just helping me learn these endless forums? i did post my "stock" question under "stock" because it has to do with stock.

i didn't answer because i didn't know the answer. i moved your message to a forum where you're more likely to get an answer.
however, i am able to use google and look-up your question and gather this info: if you acquire the license, your image or video will not contain any watermark. However, people complain that the watermark hasn't been removed, even getting a license in some cases. It happens due to technical glitches and unforeseen reasons

thank you. this helped me understand that there seems to be more technical
glitches with adobe cc than i thought. i have been reading many posts by
many users and i appreciate your reply.
This is not a glitch with Adobe Creative Cloud. The fora are operated by Adobe, but the software used is not an Adobe product and is not part of Creative Cloud.

I encounter the same problem. Just started my 30 days free subscription, downloaded a picture with the Adobe Stock watermark all over it. Don't see how I can download or use it unwatermarked

You need to licence the asset.
