The issue is I have over 1,000 credits in Adobe Stock, however when I select a video file to download it says I have to buy it and that I have insufficient credits. Are there different types of credits?
Hi @danielw30062469,
Your organization only has a 10 asset plan. You can only license standard assets with this plan. You can license videos and premium assets on demand or you can contact customer care and upgrade to a higher value plan.
I see that you purchased credit packs last year. Unused credit packs expire one year after purchase. Your credit packs expired on the 20th.

Hi Adobe, I am having a similar issue. I had stock credit but received a message that I had used up all my stock credit. This is happening at a very crucial time and would appreciate a swift response.
