Adobe Stock subscription with Business and Personal Profile
I have a case under this code ADB-27633342-N5G2 It has not been resolved yet.
I have subscribed to Adobe Stock through my personal email, but the problem is that there is a business profile linked to the same email The subscription has been activated on the business profile called the "New Tech Store". and this is the reason for the problem after activating the subscription only two days, all 750 assets were used .. and I think that they have all been used because there are other users On the same Business Profile
Confirming what I had a very bad experience through Adobe when I asked support to delete the business profile that I mentioned earlier so that I might subscribe to your services in the future, I was simply told that we cannot do that, and of course, I will not repeat the mistake twice and subscribe to a service that is activated by mistake on the business profile
And I was exposed to more than two at least support providers through the chat. They could not help me. closed the chat and transferred it to someone else. when I explained to him. Then I had to explain from the beginning again.
A very bad experience. Unfortunately, I will not advise anyone to subscribe to Adobe. Of course, I will not think about repeating the experiment until my problem is resolved.
