Adobe Stock will not scroll in Chrome Browser

I have had this issue for quite some time, but Adobe Stock will not scroll down to view more images when I use Google Chrome. I have cleared my cache, deleted and reinstalled Chrome, it is fully updated... at this point, I have no idea what else to try.

It must be a Chrome issue, as I am able to use Stock properly in my Edge browser.

I contacted customer support, but they just had me try the things I listed above. No resolution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi D. M.,

Are you using the most current version of the Chrome browser? If not please update. If that doesn't resolve your issue you have may have a browser extension that is affecting the Adobe Stock site. Try turning all of your browser extensions off, clear your history, restart the browser. Does that fix the issue? If it does then an extension may be interfering with the site. You'd have to turn them on and off one by one to see which it is.

Let me know what you discover.

Hi D. M.,

Are you able to scroll down by pressing the space bar on your keyboard when using Chrome?

It does the same exact thing when I use the space bar...it starts moving down a bit, but then bounces back to the top of the page, not allowing me to get past the first row of pictures.

It’s always a good idea to disable extentions when there is a problem. Or to use a different browser for testing.

Hi D. M.,

Yay! I'm glad you found a workaround. If you figure out which extension was causing the trouble could you please let me know?
