hey, I have the creative cloud all apps plan, including ADOBE STOCK, but when I try to download an image it says that I need to pay or use the free trial and than pay. How can I make sure that I didn't pay more for it?

Teams and Enterprise subscriptions may include Stock.

Sorry, I read your post more carefully. So you purchased a SEPARATE Adobe Stock subscription?

Creative Cloud "All Apps" does not include Adobe Stock, which is a separate subscription. To confirm whether you have subscribed to Adobe Stock, go to your Creative Cloud page, click on your icon in the upper right corner, click on "Manage Account" and you'll see a listing of all apps to which you're subscribed. I have an "All Apps" subscription, and it does NOT include Adobe Stock.

Hi @נדב286604369vgm - are you seeing this when you are trying to download any asset? If possible could you please share a screenshot? Also just making sure you are accessing stock site for your country ,as there are certain assets which are not available for specific countries. So always best to access the stock site for your region.
Thanks.

I was literally writing to say that I have the same problem. Logged in, plan credits available showing, but all files assets to download show as FREE and don't come off my plan credits when I download them. It's been like that for the last 48 hours or so.
HOWEVER, I just spotted that under the Adobe Stock logo top left, the search bar filter (for want of a better term!) was showing as this:
Changing it back to Images or Videos or All or whatever brings up all assets as I would expect.
I don't remember changing that filter... but it's entirely possible. And if it was an automated change, then maybe yours is the same?

Yes, you were searching for free assets and as such, the system would not ask you to take a plan or pay for the assets.

Its unrelated to creative cloud

As Creative Cloud is a different plan, yes, it is unrelated to Creative Cloud. The stock plan, if there is one, does not seem to be activated.
