Is there any way to contact Adobe Customer Support at all? Their Adobe Stock website is not loading at any browsers I tried and Ijust wanted to cancel my subscription. I can never find their customer chat/email support (if there is any).

If you continue to have difficulty please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, for assistance. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. If you are unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode. Declining any Adobe Cookies may affect the presence of the chat feature.

Thank you for your response. The link https://account.adobe.com just continues to load and doesn't really respond. I also tried contacting customer care using Google Chrome (incognito mode) but I still couldn't see the chat feature. Can I email customer support instead?

No, sorry, you can't e-mail. But you may reach Adobe customer care by phone or via the twitter account @AdobeCare. You could also try with an iPad or a different device, like the your smartphone.
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

If you are using incognito mode then you are likely refusing cookies and the chat won't appear. You should visit the link on a clean browser and sign in with the account that is associated with the subscription this will help the chatbot in identifying your account type and will route you to the correct resource.

I tried using it on mobile because it's the only way to see the chat button for me but this pops up. For context, the adobe stock plan should be under the "personal" plan.
What should I do?
