Did you happen to download the beta version of Photoshop to try Adobe Firefly? I did and Adobe seemed to think it was ok to charge me Adobe stock and a Firefly fee when I did so without my knowledge. Let's just say I am not super happy considering I pay monthly to use new Photoshop features.

That is not related. You get only a Stock subscription, when you tick the corresponding checkmark, when taking a related subscription.
Do as I indicated here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/adobe-stock/m-p/14262592#M75086

Unfortunately that is not what happened in my case and if it's happening to others it should be addressed. I want to be very clear why I am frustrated. I did not tick any corespondending check mark to use Adobe Firefly/Stock no purchase confirmation was made for this subscription. I download Adobe Photoshop beta and upgraded my standard Photoshop as it was included in my plan that I pay monthly to stay up to to date with the latest Photoshop features. Since adobe firefly was being incorporated into Photoshop as a feature I was already paying for, I was happy to use it and beta it however did not want to pay. Firefly was not worth an additional fee because of it's lackluster operation at the time compared to other generative AI programs and made sure not to pay for Firefly until this was fixed and more controls were made available for it's output like Leonardo AI provides. However It appears since I downloaded the beta I was being charged for Firefly and Stock when it was presented as a Photoshop Feature.

I won't argue with you, but what you describe is not possible. Firefly access (beta) was granted to anybody doing a request. I know people who did and do not have subscriptions.
I have a Creative Cloud subscription, and did apply also to the beta Firefly program. There is no issue with that. I also applied to the Photoshop beta program, and still, I do not have a stock subscription. I have stock credit packs. No subscription.
As @Jill_C said, check your mails, you will find that at some stage, you took a stock subscription, by requesting a 30-day free trial. The free trial will convert to an annual subscription if it does not get cancelled before the end of the trial.
To solve this issue, contact Adobe customer support, stay friendly and ask for a free of charge cancel and a refund. If you haven't used the subscription, chances are high, that your request will be granted. Adobe does NOT enroll you in any subscription unless you explicitly check a box to acknowledge that you want that subscription. You also would have received a confirmation email. It's up to you to cancel any such trial subscriptions before the trial period ends.
