wanted to know if there is a way to know the ip address of the system from where the an image was downloaded using my adobe stock account.

No, there is no such option. Your account is securred, if you want via a password and 2 factor authentification. No other people should be able to use that account. 

If you suspect a breach of your account, you should change your password immediatly and use the 2 factor authentification.
