Hi,
My company purchased Adobe Stock Plan, and I am not able to use the Premium Adobe Stock Essential Graphics feature.
Seems like either their server is having a problem or my Mac Studio is having an authorization issue. Is there any step I need to take?
Thank you.
Mark,
Sorry you are having difficulty with this. The stock team has identified the issue and it is up to the Premiere team to fix this one. They have the ticket and are working on it. Hopefully they can rectify this soon. Thanks for your patience.

Hey Mark,
That issue seems a little unusual. Does the company have enterprise licensing, teams licensing, or individual licensing? Learning that may rule out a few possibilities. Sorry for the issue.
Thanks,
Kevin

I have been experiencing the same issue with a univeristy license. I can add Free templates just fine, but anything that is Premium gives me the "An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server." error.
