Anyone else experiencing significant download times?

My download speed is over 500megabits but some photos are taking over 30 min to download. Others download in seconds as they have for years...but ti seems like Adobe is having load balancing issues with photos. Anyone else seeing this?

Hi,

I am not seeing any issues on the Adobe Stock side of things. Is it possible your company IT is blocking or restricting downloads? This sometimes occurs on corporate networks. Other causes could be that you may need to 

 

  1. Clear browser history, sign out and sign back in.
  2. Turn off all browser extensions or browser anti-virus and try again. If you find this resolves the issue then you may need to use the process of elimination to determine which might be restricting your downloads.
  3. Try a different browser.

 

Please post here what you discover as it may be helpful to other customers.

I'm not in a corporate environment; I work from home. It for sure seems like servers because it's not every photo that has the issue. I can download 12 photos in an hour and have issues with only 1/2 of them. Also, I use about 12-15 photos a work day...for over a year...on the exact environment...and it's just been happening the last few days.

Thanks for the additional information. I'll check with the team, sometimes an external service can cause an issue.

Same here. Corporate environment with dedicated high speed and a simple 8Mb image is taking upwards of 45Min. to download. This has been going on for the last few days
