If your Adobe Stock subscription is provided under your team account then anybody assigned to the team has access to the quota for the Adobe Stock subscription. You can sign into the stock site and click open the profile menu. If you don't see your team name in the profile menu change to it, then click License History in the menu. You will see who on the team is using the stock subscription quota.

Is it an individual subscription or a Teams subscription?

For an individual subscription: go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and check your plan. You can contact Adobe customer support as follows: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

For support via Twitter:

If you have a Teams subscription, please contact your plan administrator for support. They may contact support, if needed, via the admin console.
