Bad vector graphic

I just downloaded a vector graphic 

that looked good on Adobe Stock but after download, it was really bad quality. I can't use this.

I find the asset completely usable. You do not tell us what the problem is with this asset? How did you open it?

Unfortunately, I downloaded another useless vector graphic. It shows lines all over. So frustrating!
