Bilder zurückgeben

Ich abe zwei Bilder gekauft, die ich in der Kategorie "Vektor" gefunden habe. Beides sind aber keine Vektor-Bilder und damit für mich unbrauchbar (ID: 161564581, 142204333). Kann ich die Bilder zurückgeben?

Can you provide details on what you're seeing when you download this asset? I see .ai vector files for both of these assets.

I download the file "AdobeStock_161564581.ai" but when i open it in Illustrator it is not editable. I send you screenshots.

See if this fixes the issue:
1. Open the Layers tab in Adobe Illustrator
2. Click the lock icon next to each layer to allow it to be editable

That does not help im afraid. As you can see in the Outline View (i hope that ist the right name - in german its "Pfadansicht") only the circles are editable. I need the trucks to be editable and i dont think it was wrong of me to assume that the truck would be editable as the look like a vectorised objekt.

Es ist eine einwandfreie Vektordatei. Wenn Du sie vergrößerst bis zum Maximum, siehst Du einwandfrei, dass die Elemente scharf vergrößert werden.

Das Geheimnis liegt in der Füllung.

Entsperre die Ebene:

Suche Dir ein Element aus:

und dann:

Anschließend ist der Lastwagen editierbar:

Dies ist eher ein Illustrator Problem als ein Stock Problem! Ich muss zugeben, ich musste auch erst einmal scharf nachdenken … 🙂

Ok. Das funktioniert. Vielen Dank.
Und ja, das ist schon höhere Mathematik - man sollte meinen, dass man mit Schnittmasken, zusammengesetzten Pfaden und Pfadansichten alles überprüft hätte. Man lernt nie aus.

Schön, dass es funktioniert. Ich nehme an, dass das zweite Werk, weil vom gleichen Autor ähnlich gestrickt ist.

Bist Du sicher dass Du das richtige Format angegeben hast?

Mit Einstellungen darfs Du Vektor oder JPEG-Datenformat wählen.

Danke für den Hinweis, aber die Einstellung steht bereits auf "immer Vektor-Datei herunterladen".
