Billed for a stock shot without wanting to purchase it.

In our account we have credits for certain amount of free images per month, but when I was looking for an image, it automatically downloaded one and I got charged a significant amount.

How can I cancel this unwanted purchase and get a refund?

You would have had to have approved this purchase in order to have been charged. There is always a confirmation dialog when customers are charged.
