Can I use pack credits rather than plan credits for specific purchases?

If I have plan credits and pack credits available, is it possible to specify which I want to use for a particular purchase? It seems like any image licensed uses plan credits by default, is there a way to override this?

Hello @Ellie24331326bk9g

Unfortunately, there's no functionality at the moment to specify which pack to use. Plan's credits take the precedence over pack credits. Once you use up the quota in your subscription your credit pack credits will be used.

It would be great if this could be made clearer on the pricing page on mentioned in the FAQs. This is a pretty significant piece of information and this forum is the only place I've been able to find mention of it.

You're correct, especially as credit packs expire after a year.

The reason for the precedence was that credit packs have a higher “value”, they could be used for more different assets. I would suggest that you post an idea on this, to have a choice, which credits you want to use when licensing an asset.

I have just been warned that my pack credits (6) are about to expire, but I have 106 plan credits which I am going to start to use in abouut a month for a project. Given there is no option to use the pack credits first, it seems I have no choice but to let them expire. That is very disappointing.
