Can one Adobe Stock license be used by all subsidiaries of a company?

My company (heating/ventilation sector) bought Adobe Stock Teams with 40 assets per month. Pictures will be used for marketing material. Can Adobe Stock and the credits be used by the marketing departments of our subsidiaries , too? Or nly by the company that is in the order mentioned as licensee?

And can we upload the pictures into our mediabase which is used by all subsidiaries?

Maybe you should ask your in-house lawyer.

Thanks for the tip. We have already done so, but even for our lawyer the information found was unclear.
We also called the hotline and were told that the licence and the images can be used by the entire company. However, we want to be on the safe side and have this in writing.
