Can't access sign in email to reset password

Hi all, I have lost access to the email account I used to create my stock account. I cannot sign in before changing the password due to security. Who can I get in contact with to solve the issue? I can obviously now not sign in to contact Adobe through the website. Any help will be appreciated.
