Hi - I am paying $29.99 for an Adobe Stock subscription and can find. I way to cancel. When I go follow the directions in the help page it says I have no paid subscription. When I try to call it says phone support is for paid customers only and I am not a paying customer. And yet...every month they charge my card! I started with 3 Adobe subscriptions and was able to successfully cancel 2 but I can't find any way to cancel this one! Help!
If you follow the link on this page and it indicates that you have no paid plans, either you're not logged in to your account, or you subscribed to the Stock subscription with a different email address. Do you have the confirmation email from when you originally subscribed ?
You started with 3 subscriptions? You cancelled 2? Each on a different id? Check all your e-mail accounts. you were confusing yourself.
Please contact customer care. I think your Adobe Stock subscription was created under a mistyped version of your email address, it has a typo in it. The customer care team will be able to help you confirm that.
