Can't cancel subscription to Adobe stoc

I tried to cancel my subscription to Adobe stock, but couldn't. When chose plans and payment, manage plan - I could't cancel it. And have this window 

👇 It states that if you don't take action, your plan will be automatically canceled until the next billing cycle. But nothing was automatically canceled and the money has been trying to be debited almost every day for 3 months

If you are in payment default, you can't self-cancel. You need first to resolve the payment issue by providing enough money to your credit card.

 

You may also try to contact Adobe Customer service on this, if you think that this status is by error. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive,
