Paid for a licensed image and can't download. I contacted support the day I purchased. 4 times since have contacted support who assured me 24-48 hours to resolve the issue, it's been 9 days! They are unable to fix the issue and won't issue a refund so I can buy another image.
I am sorry you had difficulty downloading this file, and customer care wasn't helpful. I can see that there was an error with the download. Give me a little time and I'll see if we can either get you your file or have customer care issue a refund.
