Ever since last night at 11:00 PM, Adobe Stock stop working for me and I cannot download any stock images. Caches are cleaned, the account is signed in/out, and it still doesn't work. I have 443 available assets limit still, does anyone have any solution besides waiting on Adobe's team to solve the issue? I am able to license stock images but just cannot download any of them.

Same here. I can purchase assets, and they show the option to "re-download" them, but I can't actually download anything.

Ugh.. I did the same however the images I'm looking for are all on adobe stock.. I have been speaking to the agents for the last 2 days and all I keep getting is a give us 24 hours. Just a terrible situation.

Hi, at least on my end, there are no errors or anything. I can purchase the assets with my plan, I just can't download them. Oddly, I do have the option to "Re-Download for Free" on the assets in question, however, clicking this button does nothing.
For what it's worth. I've tried purchasing photos on several different browsers and platforms, and have gotten the same results. Regardless of the browser or OS I've tested, I can purchase images, I just can't download them or use them.

I just tried downloading the images I purchased earlier today, which are listed as licensed, but that didn't work. I had the same problem as before. However, I was able to purchase and download a new image. So it looks like I can at least purchase and download new assets now.

My issue: When I click on 'license' the loading animation within the blue button continues to rotate- Sometimes after a while- it will say 'licensed' however the file does not download, nor does it appear in my license history.
Here is a list of the things I've tried:
I contacted support yesterday and they advised me to wait for a few hours and try again. Its now been 24 hours and the issue still persists.

Same problem. I can't download any licensed images on any browser. I've tried 3 different computers, restarting, Safari, Firefox, Chrome and the APP. This is going on 3 days and I need these images for our projects. Zero help from support as usual from Adobe. Please let me know if you find a workaround. Thx!

Hi, I have the same problem since Thursday, May 25th. It's been 5 days already. I also tried everything (different computers, different network, clearing browser history, cookies etc.). It's a big problem for my projects. I have deadlines.
